Conditions
There shall be eligible for full membership a woman who is a director of a company in which she has a financial stake, and who employs at least one employee. There shall not be eligible for membership a woman who is herself employed (otherwise than as a director of a Company in which she has a financial stake), or who conducts a business of her own but does not regularly employ at least one employee.
There shall be eligible for associate membership a woman employed in a senior position in industry or commerce or the professions who either is not eligible for or does not desire to have full membership.
2 - Entrance Fee
Entrance Fee
A one-off, non-refundable Entrance Fee of Rs 2000 is payable upon joining the Association.
3 - Annual Subscription Fee
Annual Subscription Fee
Rs 5000.
The first annual subscription shall become due and payable immediately following the admission of a Member or Associate Member and subsequent annual subscriptions shall become due and payable on the first of April in each year after the date of admission.

Copy of Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Shareholding, brief profile, corporate picture and copy of Identity Card.
